Shipping Overview

JustATees operates on a print-on-demand basis.
This means each item is produced specifically for your order before being shipped.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days

  • Processing time includes printing, quality control, and packaging

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may be longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times after processing:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Shipping method

  • Order size and weight

Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking information will be provided when available

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

JustATees is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer may be responsible for reshipping costs

  • Refunds are not guaranteed

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine a replacement or refund when appropriate.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Import duties or taxes

  • Additional delays beyond our control
