Returns and Refunds
Eligible standard non-personalized products may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy.
Please contact us before returning any product. The registered business address shown below is not automatically the return address. After reviewing your request, we will provide the correct return instructions where applicable.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused, delivered to the wrong facility, or become unrecoverable.
